Project Audits

Project Audits are by nature special purpose audit / assurance engagements. These are executed with specific objectives which may include financial position of the project, implementation status of the project, comparative analysis of planned and actual spend of the project, project impact analysis, project forensic reviews etc. These engagements are generally performed as agreed upon procedures engagement, as part of which specific procedures are agreed with the management to be executed by our firm to attain the objective of the review. Based on the execution results of the agreed procedures results and conclusions are drawn which are shared with the related identified stakeholders.
